Co-oppetition is an independent consulting practice in Toronto, Ontario. The name, always with two p's, comes from a simple belief: cooperating, even with the people you compete with, produces better outcomes than working in isolation.
That belief shapes how engagements run. We are not a reseller, we take no vendor commissions, and we would rather tell you a project is not worth doing than sell you one.
